Several people have asked what EPX stands for, EPX is short for Epigenetics. In short, Epigenetics means, "Your past does not have to equal your future". Proper diet, exercise, and nutrition has been proven to actually improve peoples genetics and these good habits are passed down to your children and even your grandchildren. I also wanted to share a quick email we received from one of our EPXbody founders about the EPXbody Burn.
After 5 days, I have come to some conclusions on how best
to take EPX Body Burn for optimal results.
#1: Take ONE PILL immediately after getting out of bed
in the morning with 8 ozs of water.
#2 Wait 30 to 45 minutes before making breakfast. If you
woke up feeling a little hungry, you probably won't feel
too hungry 30 to 45 minutes later. In that case, make
something nutrient dense, like a super green food mixed
with Almond, Safflower, Coconut or light Soy milk and
whatever you take for daily supplements. Amazingly,
this alone may satisfy you for several hours.
#3 When you begin to feel hungry again, take one more pill,
wait 3-45 minutes and then have your lunch. You can
immediately begin to make/order smaller portions because
you will naturally be satisfied with less food.
#4 Do not take EPX Burn past 3-4 pm so your sleep will
not be affected. Sound sleep is just as important as diet
and exercise.
To me, the main thing is to start the day off with EPX Burn
because it sets the tone for the entire day and night.
